5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specified eligible games or bets.
• If a withdrawal request is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Weekly reload offers, special cricket season rewards, and other promotional benefits are governed by separately announced terms. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria. Please read the specific terms of an offer carefully before taking it up.

Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on tk11 radio are placed at the user's own discretion. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a cash-out or cancellation option is available for a specific sporting event.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue causes incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or abnormal service disruption, tk11 radio reserves the right to review and change the outcome of the relevant bet or game.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Prohibited Activities

8.2 Voluntary Closure by User

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. tk11 radio will notify the user in advance in accordance with its defined policy on this matter.
